Andrew Siegerman  - CEO

Andrew (Andy) Siegerman is the founder and Principal Officer of Siegerman & Company (established 1983), a Broward based accounting firm.  He is a graduate of the University of Miami with a degree in accounting.  Andy wants to share his knowledge, accomplishments, and passion with the people of South Florida.  That is why he decided to establish Have a Heart Charities. Dore Scott Perler - COO

Dore Scott Perler is the President of Sense Technologies, Inc, a high tech security solutions provider. Dore, until January 2009 served as CEO, President and Chairman of the Board for China America Holdings, Inc, a publicly traded company, since 1998.  Dore is a dynamic, result driven professional, who is a strong visionary when presented a challenge.  He is involved in many networking channels.  Dore’s desire to help others led him to create Have a Heart Charities. Stephen C. McGill -  Director

Stephen (Steve) C. McGill served as President/CEO of Eastern Financial Florida Credit Union.  He has over 20 years experience in management positions in the financial institution field.  Steve has always been committed to helping those less fortunate.  He eagerly accepted the opportunity to serve on the Have a Heart Charities Board of Directors.
